No. Most of our clients aren’t home during their cleanings. We work Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you won’t be home, you can provide us with a spare key, garage code, or lockbox access.

We recommend starting with a deep cleaning before beginning regular service. This allows our team to establish a strong baseline and makes future cleanings more efficient and consistent.

Yes, we’re a pet-friendly company! If your pet is aggressive or anxious, please secure them in a safe area. If you won’t be home, let us know how to work around your pet safely and comfortably.

No. For your safety, we recommend using a lockbox. This allows us to securely access your home, perform the cleaning, and return the key after we’re done.
