Window Cleaning Checklist (Interior & Exterior)

Best suited for homes or commercial properties that want to enhance natural light, improve curb appeal, or maintain clear, streak-free glass surfaces. Especially recommended for properties with large or hard-to-reach windows.

Interior Windows

  • Dust and remove dirt from frames and sills
  • Clean glass with a streak-free window cleaner or neutral solution and microfiber cloth
  • Remove fingerprints, grease, or smudges using a non-abrasive sponge
  • Dry with a clean lint-free cloth or squeegee
  • Dust nearby blinds or curtains

Exterior Windows

  • Remove cobwebs, leaves, and loose debris from frames
  • Rinse glass with water to remove surface dirt
  • Apply outdoor-safe window cleaning solution (may include vinegar or mild detergent)
  • Scrub with a soft sponge or brush
